Do you deliver to military addresses?
We currently do not offer delivery to military addresses.

My order is showing as delivered, but I didn’t receive it

RETRUNS & EXCHANGES
Returns Policy
We offer a 21-day return window for store credit or exchanges. Full-price items can be returned within 21 days in original condition for store credit. Sale items and items purchased with a discount code are final sale. For more details, contact us at info@botaofficial.com.
Please note that return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. In that case, we will provide a prepaid return label.
