Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note the total delivery time is calculated by order processing time plus your selected shipping method delivery time.
Backordered Items
In case you ordered an out-of-stock (backordered) item, please allow additional time for your package to ship. Backordered items usually ship within 1-2 weeks.

Stolen or Lost Packages:
Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, it is considered successfully delivered by our end. However, in the unfortunate event that a package is stolen or lost after being marked as delivered, it becomes the customer's responsibility. We encourage our customers to keep track of their package's tracking information closely. Additionally, it's advisable to designate a safe and secure location for package deliveries to minimize the risk of theft or loss. While we sympathize with such situations, we cannot be held liable once the courier confirms delivery. For concerns, please contact our support team for assistance.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@botaofficial.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@botaofficial.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
